I teach at Dearborn Academy, a therapeutic day school located in Newton, Massachusetts. At the heart of our community lies the fundamental concept of human dignity. Far too often in our society, individuals are denied the compassion, respect, or understanding they so rightly deserve. However, at Dearborn, we firmly believe that every person deserves these essential elements. Our mission is to uplift and empower individuals, rather than tear them down. At Dearborn, we strive to create an environment where peace prevails and where one's true character shines through in their acts of kindness, compassion, and courage. The logo, designed by our dedicated staff over ten years ago, remains remarkably relevant today. It embodies the core values that guide us: Human Dignity - a beacon of #Peace, #Equality, and #Compassion.
