Reconstructing human cervical vertebrae from CT scans via inVesalius, Meshlab, and Blender; utilizing DICOM files sourced openly from the Visible Human Project (https://mri.radiology.uiowa.edu/visible_human_datasets.html). Successfully printed at ~1/8 scale and full size with ABS, raft, and supports on a Replicator 2X; scaling up required for printing, but overall produced clean results.
