Human Bio-Battery / Medical Experiment
thingiverse
Torso bio-electric unit, grim-dark medical experiment, crafted from three distinct components - body, base and wheel. Conceived for 28mm tabletop terrain, primarily designed to complement Warhammer 40K. This creation is a fusion of three separate parts: the torso, base, and wheel. Printed using an Ender 3 with Cura settings scaled to 90% on all three pieces. The body was printed at 0.1mm layer height with Fat Dragon Games Cura profile, while the base and wheel were printed with standard Cura settings. This project is part of a larger collection of grim-dark scatter terrain pieces designed to improve my 3D printing skills during quarantine. I'm always seeking feedback and criticism on these designs as they are developed to align with Warhammer 40K lore. The body requires a 0.1mm layer height, which I achieved using the Fat Dragon Games Cura profile. In contrast, the STL for the wheel prints four wheels at once due to size constraints, preventing it from being printed individually without scaling. Cura slicing was used with models scaled to 90% and PLA material. The printing process involved a raft with a 2mm margin and a bed temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.
