I crafted a Hulk Tap Handle for my kegerator using a 3D printer. The part was printed with PLA at 75% infill and support material. A small hole on the bottom allows for an easy tap handle insert installation process. First, print the part, then remove the supporting structures including those inside the lower hole. Next, thread in the insert by hand. If the hole proves too tight, simply heat up the insert until it's malleable and can be easily threaded into place due to the melting of the surrounding PLA material.
