The huina 1580's construction is not designed to be form-fitting, resulting in a strong tendency to wobble. To correct this issue, an intermediate ring with a thickness of 0.7 to 0.8 mm can be inserted between the upper part of the turntable gear and the housing base. To implement this solution, the excavator must be completely disassembled. The ring gear is still bolted beneath the boom, so it needs to be unscrewed first. Next, place the intermediate ring on the housing ring and reassemble everything in reverse order. This will eliminate the wobbling problem.
