Huffman Tower Origami (Curved Fold)
pinshape
This is an ingenious object engineered to be sliced into G-code that utilizes your 3D printer's extruder to create a precise crease pattern on a piece of paper clamped securely to your print bed. Step 1: Slice the object using the following settings: * Extrusion Width: precisely 0.39mm * Layer Height: accurately set at 0.2mm * Extrusion Multiplier: calibrated at 0% * External Walls: configured for 1 * Z-lift on travel: established at 1mm or more Step 2:Unload your extruder to prevent any plastic leakage onto the paper during nozzle heating. Step 3: Securely attach a piece of paper to your bed using binder clips. Step 4: Run the G-code while adjusting the bed leveling screws until the nozzle just presses into the paper, leaving a clear crease. Be cautious not to raise the bed too far, which may cause the paper to tear during adjustment. Once properly set, you should be able to create about one piece every 3-5 minutes. Step 5: Carefully crease and fold the paper along the lines drawn by the nozzle to achieve a precise origami design.
