Huey Z-adjust.
thingiverse
I've noticed a minor glitch in my initial upload - it's been corrected now. Several approaches have been tried for calibrating the Z micro switches on Huey. One method that shows promise is this: Twirling the disk results in a 2.3mm range of adjustment for the micro switch. Notably, most printers possess only two Z switches, not four like Huey's design. While the primary mount may prove futile for many users, this stepped disk could still offer some assistance to others. Instructions: The incremental steps on this disk are measured in 0.1mm increments - clearly, printing it with .1mm layers will be necessary to reap its full benefits. A peculiar phenomenon occurred when I used Slic3r with .1mm settings; ultimately, I had to configure every layer to be solid in order to get the desired outcome.
