The fossil tracks at Santisteban del Puerto (Jaén) are found in the red Triassic layers (230-220 million years old). This site, spanning 18 m2, contains 26 tracks with unusual morphology. Each tridactyl track has three subparallel depressions (two long lateral marks and one shorter central mark). It's been interpreted that they were made by bipedal archosaurs swimming in a deep enough environment to float and only occasionally touch the bottom with the tips of their fingers (semi-nautical tracks). Track H9 is approximately 38 cm wide and 10 cm deep. It consists of three subparallel traces. The three traces (medium and lateral) clearly show the marks of the animal's claws, visible when rotating and inverting the 3D model. Reolid et al., Journal of Iberian Geology (2020) 46:145-161
