Hue Play Lightbar Mount v2 for Prusa Mini(+)

<p>Hi,</p><p>this is the second version of my Hue Play Lightbar mount. The<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/72240-hue-play-lightbar-mount-prusa-mini"> first one</a> started to sag a lot and I redid the model completly to now feature a hinge.</p><p>Everything else pretty much stays the same, but you can now adjust the angle to almost 90 degrees, wich also enables you to put the mount lower on the x-axis, to reduce shaking while printing.</p><p>I'm still using the lightbar socket from <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/myit/designs">myit </a>on thingiverse (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4735701">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4735701</a>) to make my life easier.</p><h3><strong>You will need:</strong></h3><ul><li>Phillips Hue Play Lightbar (Base-Kit with power supply, an extension kit is not enough)</li><li>the mounting screw that comes with a lightbar (is probably a M2x8 or something like that)</li><li>2x M5x16 Screws (non-countersunk)</li><li>2x M5 Drop-In T-Nuts (whatever fits the 3030 profile. I used some from Amazon, but the forces are not that big, you might also be fine with those: <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/64627-3030-m5-drop-in-t-nut)">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/64627-3030-m5-drop-in-t-nut)</a></li><li>1x M4 Screw, 20mm or longer</li><li>1x M4 Nut</li></ul><h3><strong>Print Instructions:</strong></h3><ul><li>No support for the larger arm part</li><li>Support form print bed for the smaller hinge part, I printed it on the side, for maximum strength, see 3mf</li><li>I used Prusament Jet Black PETG (ASA should also work, PLA might creep, but you could just print it a bit on the thicc side)</li><li>0.2 layer height</li><li>20% infill</li><li>3 or 4 perimeter</li><li>(I was probably way to cautious, less infill and perimeter is probably fine)</li></ul><h3>Build Instrcutions:</h3><ul><li>Attach the arm to the printer</li><li>You'll need to attach the lightbar first before you put the hinge together, because I'm bad at 3D-design.</li><li>The hinge might have a tight fit, because again, I'm bad at 3D-design, but it just worked out for me.</li></ul>
