I reside in a house from the 1970s with old-fashioned European-style light switches that I wanted to adapt for my Philips Hue remotes. To do this, I came up with an innovative solution. Initially, I thought about using double-sided tape to attach the remotes above the existing light switches. However, to my surprise, they fit snugly over the switch and remained in place solely due to friction. If I need to access the switch, I can simply pull it off with a small amount of force. The Philips Hue remote then mounts on top of the cover.
