A full prop guard for the Hubsan X4 quadcopter offers sturdy protection but likely remains vulnerable to intense crashes due to the inherent weakness of 3D printed materials. This issue is largely attributed to inadequate layer adhesion. The design featuring 8,66 mm holes should work seamlessly with a Zortrax M200 3D printer, specifically when utilizing a layer height of 0.14 mm. Notably, this prop guard tends to weigh slightly more than its original counterpart. Printing the Prop Guard requires employing supports due to its intricate design. Fortunately, on a Zortrax 3D printer, support lite achieves the desired results. The following settings have produced successful prints for me on my Zortrax M200: Material: Z-ABS Layer height: 0.14 mm Support: Support Lite
