Hubsan X4 Frame remix with Eachine TX01 cam mount remix

Lots of small tweaks to this design are in order. - The front LEDs have been moved forward so they can be seen by a cam (low batt blinking). - The frame size has been increased to standard H107 size, getting the prop lift area more clear of the circuit board and increasing lift. - Notches have been put in the motor and LED rings for a little spring action to hold them in place. - The circuit board pins have been removed. They didn't seem to be the right size or location. - The tunnel in the landing feet has been filled in for strength, as wires won't be routed through them (making it easy to switch frames). - The top of the arms have been tapered a little to reduce propwash drag. - The batt mount has been changed to use rubberbands and mate with the cam holder. One band holds both the circuit board and ties the cam mount down, while a second holds the battery. - Lots of little weight reduction shavings have taken place. The stl's were imported into sketchup for these changes, so sketchup files are included. The cam mount fits Eachine TX01/02 This design is suitable for 7mm diameter motors
