Case Design and Assembly Instructions for Hubsan X4 Carrying Case: A Customizable Container with Integrated Security Features Carry your spare batteries, a charger, and other essential accessories safely in a well-designed container that can be printed with precision. The carrying case consists of two detachable halves that can be connected using the hinge cover to create a solid structure. Each half features space for 2 extra batteries and holds an included charger. The locking mechanism provides secure storage during transportation by securing the top and bottom halves of the case firmly in place when both are locked shut. A printed version of two bolts should be made before the pause that allows assembly before the completion of the lower part. To Assemble: Once both printed pieces are done, insert the bolts between the parts held with a pen spring before printing on for final connection. After finishing the print job, a hinge cover may be created and attached for further secure connection to hold both halves securely. Due to slight inconsistencies in warping of materials during first time print run, care is needed during the process. In Case You Need Feedback: Feel free to share any ideas that you have or offer improvements by accessing the uploaded CAD files and designing something new using these templates to add different battery compartments or accommodate alternative chargers.
