This is a guide on installing a 4.35mm GoPro-style lens on the Hubsan H109s Camera. You can find these lenses on websites such as Aliexpress or eBay for a few euros. Using a GoPro-style lens effectively reduces the camera's field of view, which minimizes the barrel effect that is noticeable in stock lenses. The video quality also improves due to the high-quality lenses used (the stock camera uses low-cost glass). Standard GoPro lenses have a 14mm diameter, which is smaller than the diameter of the stock camera. When using these lenses on the Hubsan camera, there's a gap between the lens and the camera body that allows excessive dust and moisture to enter the camera. The adapter proposed here fits perfectly and fills this gap, preventing dust from entering the camera and protecting its internal components.
