A protective sleeve designed to fit around popular electric skateboard hub motors, accommodating 6x1 1/4 inch tires. The sleeve is engineered to be compatible with widely used motor models found in Meepo V2P, Meepo AWD GT, Wowgo 2S, Wowgo 3, and Ownboard W1S skateboards. In addition to this design, a separate version has been created specifically for Backfire G2T motors. To ensure the structural integrity of the sleeve, it is crucial to print with at least 33% infill density and utilize 14 top layers for the upper portion. This printing configuration will allow the sleeve to withstand pressures up to 70 PSI. Furthermore, it is essential to use a filament that exhibits excellent layer adhesion properties. PETG is recommended as a suitable alternative if you do not have access to machines capable of printing with Nylon or polycarbonate filaments. The standard screws require replacement with five M4x20 screws for proper assembly. An edit has been made to the design, which now includes a sleeve compatible with 6x2 inch tires commonly used in Chinese electric skateboards. To secure this version, use M4x35 screws.
