This 3D model was initially created with Sketchup 13, before being converted into all other relevant 3D formats. The native format is .skp and the 3dsmax scene was created using 3ds Max 2016, rendered utilizing Vray 3.00. This design has been aged with time, but remains highly detailed. Various textures are available to match different styles: stone, brick, siding, logs, stucco, and several roofing options. Furthermore, an observation tower, wall walks, and entrance arbour have also been integrated into the model. Geometric issues had arisen during creation, but appear to be fully resolved at this stage. This model lends itself well to being built in stages, with potential for incremental construction. A practical starting point could involve building a garage to serve as storage for materials needed for the subsequent structure development.
