<p>Plastic version of a metal dust cap for a bicycle front wheel.</p> <p>It pushes over the bearing cone and the outer lip is meant to fit lightly into a groove in the rubber seal that is in the center of the wheel.</p> <p>It acts as additional protection from dirt and water.
