This custom dock/mount for my Huawei Honor 8 is a perfect example of precision engineering with countersunk AMPs mounting holes that ensure a secure fit on my vehicle. Using RAM mount diamond plate, I'm able to attach it firmly without obstructing the screen area, allowing me to charge my phone or connect an AUX cable at all times. This design is remarkably easy to print, requiring only minimal support for the mounting hole itself. The included #6 mounting hardware provides a snug fit with a 0.14" diameter hole that ensures stability and security. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing at 30% infill, but be aware that bridging capabilities may require additional support. To accommodate different printer settings, you can easily scale the model by about 0.5%, which will loosen the friction fit and provide a smooth drop-in installation.
