Huawei Fit Band Clasp
thingiverse
I recently crafted a clasp for my Huawei Band 2 fitness tracker after losing mine and utilizing a twist tie as a temporary substitute for an entire month. Following that, I decided to create this replacement using calipers in Fusion 360. The printer settings were set at 0.1mm layer thickness, with two walls and 50% infill (the minimum possible setting), which seemed sufficient given the small size of the clasp. The white PLA material from my Wanhao Duplicator i3 printer worked perfectly for this project. Although the thinner gaps between the ridges could potentially be widened slightly, once securely fastened in place, the band appears to hold well. This design can easily be adapted for a Fitbit or similar style band, so I've included the Fusion 360 files for others who may find them useful.
