This ingenious setup enables the attachment of a cone-type air filter. Required for assembly is ManifoldFlange2, a crucial spacer that securely mounts onto the carburetor venturi. By doing so, the entire Air manifold tube and attached flange can be effortlessly removed and installed without disassembling the carburetors. Prototypes underwent testing using printed components as-is, sans any post-printing operations. Notably, this adaptable design may also fit Honda GSH-50-Q. However, effectiveness ultimately depends on specific application parameters. The assembly consists of a flange & collar connected to the PVC elbow via high-strength epoxy glue or similar industrial adhesive.
