Hello! I've designed and 3D printed a lamp holder now that I've designed a couple of them and seen some more here on thingiverse too. In fact, I'm using the Zuzanna lamp, which you can check out right here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:730263 I hope you'll like it and use it! I still had a few rods left over from my 3D wheelchair design (HU-GO).
