I've been using the original mount designed by ToOfke on my TBS Source One for quite some time now, and I wanted to find a similar setup that would fit perfectly on my iFlight Lawson BattleAxe frame. This remix design cuts down the standoffs to 25mm and alters the Immortal T mount so it accommodates both hex-shaped R9M antennas like those found on TBS products and curved ones as well. Some R9M models are indeed hex shaped, while others have a unique curved design. With this modified mount, I can secure my antennas with ease, whether they're hex or curved in shape. Occasionally, I use hot glue to keep my antennas in place, but the iFlight bottom plate features two protrusions that work incredibly well as an alternative attachment method. This makes it easy for me to secure my antennas without relying on glue. In addition to accommodating R9M antennas, this remix design also includes two holes specifically for Forever Tubes sold by RDQ and other retailers. These tubes require a drill to be opened up to the exact size needed, but they're intentionally undersized so that they can work seamlessly with various tube sizes.
