Here are several different diameter tooth pulleys available, each designed to work with a 3mm pitch belt. Originally intended for my RC truck, these pulleys could also be used for various other projects requiring such a setup. After printing the first few in PLA, they appear to be holding up well so far, but ABS may prove more suitable at high RPMs.
