HTC Vive VR Optics Remix for Gear VR lens mod

I remixed a remix to fit my 40/41mm Zenni lenses (SKU 450014) and made it work with the recent Gear VR lens adapter mod. This design is based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2837804, version v3.2. To make the right eye, mirror the design horizontally. I had to add a shim for the edges using electrical tape for it to fit snugly, but this might not be necessary with every printer. I printed it following the original guidelines of flat side down, supports (for angles over 46 degrees), and two shells. It works well for me with my -6.00 prescription lenses. User Mackshot says that this also works for the Vive Pro and HP Reverb!
