Here is a custom HTC Vive head cooler designed for 30x30mm fans that provides optimal airflow and comfort. This innovative support clips onto the Vive, eliminating the need for hard mounting with glue or screws. To assemble this fantastic fan system, you'll require: * Two 2.5mm screws (I used 2.5x12mm - see photos) * Two high-performance 30x30mm 5v fans Personally, I wired the fans using an USB type A cable with a convenient switch available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F52E5GC). The fans were easily plugged into the Vive's USB port. The fan covers visible in the photos are not my creation; you can find them on Thingiverse courtesy of ADRIANO3D, specifically in their 1694336 design. These fan covers are a great addition to any HTC Vive setup.
