For use with "The NEST" and the "Vive controller". Part 1.5 had a missing cutout, which has now been updated and is ready to print. Rev 4 included hex-shaped hollows for hex jam nuts to fit into perfectly. Imperial size: Button Head Hex Socket Cap Screw 1/4" UNC x 1 inch are needed in quantity of 15, as well as 1/4" Hex Jam Nuts in the same amount. Metric size calls for M6 x 25 Button Head Hex Socket Cap Screws, also in quantity of 15, along with M6 Hex Jam Nuts in the same quantity. I've designed the changes to hold the circular section of the Vive controller at a steady 30 degrees below horizontal. Part # 4.9 will need to be removed for the Vive controller to fit into position, and when assembled it should securely capture the Vive controller. To free the Vive controller from the rifle, part # 4.9 will also have to be taken out. If you find this works well for you, please let me know and I'll make sure everything is working as intended. If you run into any issues, tell me right away so I can try to make changes to help you get the features you need. I've added rounded edges to Part 5, now known as Part5.3, which has been included in the parts list for this project. I thought it would be more comfortable to use with radised edges on the rifle butt. Part 3 has been edited and is now called Part3.5h; it includes 5mm slots for the other parts to fit into easily. Part 2, now known as Part2.1h, has had its slots centered and made all 50mm wide, along with the tabs that fit into them. I've included a jpeg image of the model to show what the modified thing looks like. The Vive controller used in the jpeg image of the model was sourced from another design on thingiverse....
