You'll need two M5 nuts and one M6 nut inserted into the model as you print it. To assemble everything, you'll require two 16mm long M5 screws and a single 24mm (or longer) M6 screw. Feel free to modify this to suit your needs. I've included the tripod adapter model used here for potential use by others.
