This is a custom version of PanFX's "HTC Vive Controller Sword Handle for Katana X", specifically designed to accommodate two opposing handle adapters in the style of Darth Maul for playing Beat Saber. Printed this piece using a 1.2mm wall thickness to provide stability due to its length of approximately 265mm. I used the supplied handle adapter and pin from PanFX: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2391653. Note: The handle adapter must be printed with walls at least 1.2mm thick and 30% infill for optimal results. I made a mistake by printing mine with 0.8mm walls and 20% infill, which led to it breaking exactly where the pin holders meet the holes, creating a weak spot due to vertical filament deposit orientation and added tension from the pin holder. To enhance durability and grip, I applied epoxy resin to the printed and assembled parts, effectively fusing them together and adding traction even when hands are sweaty. Epoxy truly excels in this regard.
