Modeled after a non-pro Vive, destructive repair requires removing material to add in the insert but if the gears are stripped there's little else that can be done. It should work but try scaling it between 96-106% print size to find the best fit with the opposing gears. Use super glue, dusting baking powder over it to cure and build up the glue joint. Sand smooth, reapplying super glue/powder as needed until the bond is seamless. I haven't attempted this fix because my gears are fine, but I've modeled it for users on Reddit.
