My friend and colleague Damien took my previous job on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1806594 and came up with a better solution. As you can see in his photos, the camera holder is now stuck to the HTC Vive with a double-faced scratch band. This approach is much more reliable than my initial attempt and looks much nicer too.
