I replaced the HTC Vive replacement buckle with a new design based on 'sheepslinky's cad part, giving it a modified strap holder. The design was sent to 3dPrintDirect.co.uk for printing using their high-end carbon fibre SLS material, which produced a slightly rough surface finish but impressively detailed clips.
