I modified this from original thing: 419330 by DevinSidell to enable the retention of the supplied case when the phone is installed in the soundbar. This stops the phone from buzzing as well as negating the need to frequently remove the cover whenever the soundbar is utilized. I also discovered that the audio pickup area on the original design was positioned too far back, placing the ridge directly above the speaker outputs. This new layout positions the ridge beyond the speaker, resulting in enhanced audio clarity. The unit does not boost sound levels but provides a more rich timbre and deeper bass tones. Print with 1mm shell thickness, 0.4mm extruder nozzle size, and 0.2mm layer height. Maintain a speed of 20mm/s for a reasonably smooth print finish. Print the four separate pieces and join them together using cyanoacrylate adhesive (if employing PLA). You will need to fill in any gaps and the seams to create a seamless surface. I utilized milliput or plastic white modeling filler to accomplish this task. Next, apply body filler primer, sand down until a smooth finish is achieved (repeat as necessary), then spray with your preferred final coat of paint.
