HTC Evo 3D extended battery case w/ kickstand!
thingiverse
HTC's decision to exclude a kickstand from Evo 3D has disappointed many users. My friend recently got an Evo 3D and persuaded me to design a kickstand version of my previous case. Here it is! This case works with extended batteries, specifically this battery door: http://www.amazon.com/Trexcell-3500mah-Extended-Battery-Cover/dp/B004XM9V1K. The kickstand pushes against the battery door at an angle, which may wear off the satin-coating in that area. It adjusts at 45-degree intervals, with 45 and 90 degrees being the most useful. Updates to the case include notches for flexibility, a more accessible volume control area, and a thinner back. Print it raftless on a fuse deposition printer like Makerbot or pp3dp using Kapton's tape for a smooth finish. Share your prints and comments if you enjoy this design! Don't forget to thread something through the tiny holes along the kickstand and case edge for proper fitting, and you may need to sand the edges of the kickstand depending on print quality.
