HTA3D P3Steel Heatbed Cable Strain Relief Adapter

HTA3D P3Steel Heatbed Cable Strain Relief Adapter

thingiverse

This is a cable strain relief adapter specifically designed for use with HTA3D P3Steel kits (1E or 2E). It's based on a modified Y carriage end plug found in HTA3D's "Eje Y.stl" file and provides a sturdy platform to securely fasten the PCB and thermister cables using two 3mm cable ties, as seen in the attached photo and suggested cable routing diagrams (the 12V option is illustrated; modify for 24V). The adapter should ideally be printed with ABS or other high-temperature thermoplastics but PLA is also acceptable since it's far enough from the heatbed to prevent any issues. I recommend a 0.15 resolution and 100% infill, along with a raft and supports for optimal results. I've included the blender file, which consists of three separate grouped parts for easy customization.
