hta3d modified extruder for hotend all in one evo from hotends
thingiverse
I have modified the extruder to fit the "all in one evo" hotend from hotends.fr. The modification enables me to use the PTFE tube just like I did with my previous hotend, the e3dv6 and pneufit. To optimize the internal diameter for my printer, which had been previously used with an e3d hotend, I made some adjustments using sandpaper to ensure a correct fit with the AIO evo hotend. Installation of the new setup follows the same PTFE cut as outlined in the original tutorial from HTA3D. The rest of the required parts can be found on the remix or directly on the HTA3D website. The 25 mm fan originally shipped with the AIO fits perfectly with my HTA3D layer fan (trapezoidal rods version), but it needs to be optimized for maximum airflow with the AIO hotend, which is smaller than the e3dv6. The STL file used for the remix comes from Thingiverse. While it's not identical to the original extruder received with my printer (P3steel HTA3D), it does lack emplacements for bolts behind the hotend and has a slightly smaller link to chain.
