A simple Dish Washer Tab Dispenser Box which you can mount to a HSW or with some screws to a desired spot e.g. under the sink:You can use the plain version or you can try the multicolor & multimaterial version so you can have the slide out of flexible filament to e.g. give the stack of tabs a gentle push so they can rearrange themself and don't stay blocked or so.I used 3 x insert-with-M3.stl from https://www.printables.com/de/model/152592-honeycomb-storage-wall/filesto fix the Tab Dispenser to the HSW:The HSW_Tabinator_generic_PLA_TopCover can be used for the simple or multimaterial version to fix the Parts together if the friktion is not strong enough and/or you want to cover the refill opening:
