I needed a custom battery holder for my RC car because the original one was just too tiny. It has to fit a 4000mAh 3S battery, and there's an elongated hole to allow for some variations in mounting hole length. I'm using aluminum body posts to replace the stock ones - they go on top. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: It doesn't matter Supports: They don't matter either Infill: 60-100% Notes: Use ABS, it's flexible enough that it won't get broken in a bad crash. At least three borders are necessary. I've put some CA glue in the corners of the side straps to reinforce them (mine haven't broken yet).
