The quadcopter, affectionately known as a "210mm racer," is constructed from several key components. These include the HSKRC TWE210 4mm carbon frame, the RacerStar BR2205 3/4S 2300Kv motors, and the Mamba F40 4in1 ESC 40A 4/6S. The brain of this operation is the Mamba F405 AIO F4 Flight Controller 4/6S, which provides a seamless interface for navigating the quadcopter's movements. To transmit video feed back to the pilot, the VTX5848 LITE 48CH 5.8G (OSD control / Tramp) system is utilized. Additionally, a Runcam Eagle Camera captures high-quality footage in real-time. A JHE42B Buzzer Tracker helps navigate the quadcopter's surroundings while keeping track of its position. Meanwhile, the RCMOY 2.4 GHz satellite receiver DSMX/DSM2 ensures that signals are transmitted accurately. For added flair, a 12v Red/Green LED strip lights up the underside of the quadcopter, providing a striking visual effect. A battery strap secures the power source in place, which can be either a 3S or 4S LIPO battery. This incredible build was inspired by the "Build a PRO FPV Racing Drone for ONLY $99 Full guide – 2018" YouTube video. The components were carefully selected and designed with precision, taking into account their durability and performance. To bring this project to life, extensive time was spent designing custom 3D parts using DesignSpark mechanical software. These designs are included in the file for reference. Most of the printed parts are made from PETG (flexible), while the remaining components are crafted from PLA.
