HS402 PRO V2.0 Case

thingiverse

This case designed for the version 2.0 of the HS402 Pro PCB. Depending on if the build used round pin headers, or typical square pin headers, the top will be different. Both files are included for the top, which will accommodate either choice of headers. FreeCAD files included. Note that fitment is ideally for plastic BNC connector (see which in the attached finished photo). If all metal BNC connectors are used, case may require minor trimming at the BNC location of the case. Also, minor trimming may be required at the USB connection. Check out Martin Loren's website for the PCB build details: https://www.martinloren.com/hs40x-diy-oscilloscopes/ Be sure to have your slicer software orient the flat-side down on the bed. No supports are needed. When assembling, you will have to use moderate pressure to snap the two halves together. To separate the two halves, you will need to insert a flat screwdriver into the slots and twist to separate. Rev Jan 14, 2021: Increased base height (and board standoff height) by 0.08" (~2mm). Thanks for the feedback, Ramon! Rev Jan 16, 2021: Test fit on design with taller square pin headers, and adjusted to fit.
