Mounting the HS1177 camera to the plate that came with the BeeRotor was an exercise in frustration. It demanded hot glue and after a day of intense racing the camera would detach from the plate, resulting in a constant struggle to keep it securely in place. I set out to create something that would resolve this problem once and for all. Please note that this is a work-in-progress project, with room for improvement and refinement as needed. I only use the higher tilt angle, so I don't need to test on the lower angle. Update: The v2 file works well, but due to where I have my VTX, the HS1177 was positioned too far back, making it all a bit cramped. So on the v3, I moved the side 'flanges' back a bit to push the camera body forward and added a chamfer to the side portion. These two modifications move the camera forward enough that it will clear my VTX and give me a few mm more room to work with. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 100% Notes: I print at 100% infill because it doesn't make much of a difference in terms of time for me. However, the overhang on the 'nubs' will likely require support unless your printer can handle a 2mm 90-degree overhang perfectly, otherwise it won't fit into the frame slots.
