HR-OS1 Chappie Head

This is a concept for the HR-OS1 Humanoid Robot, heavily influenced by the futuristic look of Chappie. Although still a work in progress, it does offer flexibility and full mobility of the head. At present, its weight hovers around 92 grams with a fill density of 20%. The two prominent antennae are highly customizable through M2.5 screws, allowing for precise positioning. A notable feature is the secure attachment of the top bar as well as the smaller antenna block via small pieces of double-sided adhesive tape. Notably missing from this iteration is camera support, a detail that is slated to be added at a later stage. Printing these components required careful consideration, necessitating supports in a specific orientation for optimal results and structural integrity.
