I'm sharing this file, specifically designed for HPI Vorza 4WD electric RC car owners like me who've experienced the frustration of breaking the part #67214 while racing at high speeds - I was lucky enough to only experience a single breakage when my car slid diagonally into a wall at 45mph. To avoid wasting money on another plastic version that would likely break again, I couldn't find a website offering the aluminum version of this crucial component. With the original part out of stock everywhere, I took matters into my own hands and designed a 3D printed replica that's even thicker than the original to prevent future breaks. Enjoy your new part! I removed the old 3D file. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 50 micron Notes: I used IC3D ABS filament and followed the default Cura profiles for high-quality ABS printing on my Lulzbot Mini. Unfortunately, the first print attempt turned out to be a disaster due to stringy messes on the angled part of the original model. Instead of using supports, I decided to modify the design by turning the angled section into a square for added stability. Post-Printing: Holes: The bottom hole required drilling with a 1/8" bit to fit the part correctly in the car, but the top holes printed perfectly without any issues.
