I recently discovered this impressive item designed by alexandridk on Thingiverse, specifically https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2843902, and decided to create some bumpers for it as well. I produced five unique bumpers in total. The circular one can be printed in sections and then assembled using superglue, minimizing the need for supports. This approach helps prevent unwanted marks on the TPU surface when printing, which is particularly noticeable if support structures are used extensively. I have this exact bumper installed on my car right now, as shown in the accompanying images. To achieve optimal results, print these bumpers with TPU (flexible material). Files included: Square Bumper Bend: A simple and straightforward bumper design. Square Bumper Straight Extra Strong: A reinforced bumper featuring closed panels for added stability. Square Bumper Straight Cheese Holes Extra Strong: This version boasts extra support and cheese holes, while minimizing the use of supports during printing. Round Bumper One Piece: A simple yet effective circular bumper. Round Bumper 4 Pieces: Same design, but split into four sections to improve print quality without relying on additional supports. I used tire glue to assemble these pieces, flattening their sides for easier printing. Round Bumper V2 One Piece: An enhanced version of the circular bumper, featuring increased rigidity and a larger size. Round Bumper V2 4 Pieces: Similar to the previous design, but divided into four sections for improved print quality. I employed tire glue for assembly, ensuring flat surfaces for smoother printing.
