HPI Sprint/Sprint 2 Lay Shaft Pulley

I tried to locate these replacement parts but found them extremely difficult to get hold of as they are classed as rare the only original plastic ones i could find were around £55 a set so i decided to try to make some. It was designed in 2 halves to avoid the need of supports so both halves will need to be stuck together using epoxy/araldite or similar to ensure strength. I printed in ABS with a PLA+ brim so i could lower the bed temp massively and still get good adhesion whilst virtually eliminating warping of the bottom layer. I will be making other parts for the HPI Sprint / Sprint 2 so it may be worth checking out some of my other designs if you own one and want to reduce repair or replacement costs drastically.
