HPI Savage Shock Spring Preload Adjusters
thingiverse
Hello everyone, recently I was able to purchase an old HPI Savage 25 roller over ebay and I decided to convert it to electric. I perfectly knew there were lot of parts missing and, if for some of them I will just buy straight upgrades, for others I wanted to make my own customs or replicate the original ones. Since I still love the 8 shocks setup, on my truck, 4 preload spacers were missing and I decided to replicate them as a stright fit to the original ones. I printed them in ASA with full infill and they are kinda strong and durable but not much flexible. I think that maybe PETG would do the trick. As a side note, you can extend (or shorten) them with cura and make your own custom height since the ones I designed are 10mm in height, as the stock ones.
