HPI Roto Start Battery Lid
thingiverse
Some time ago I purchased a pre-owned HPI Roto Start for my HPI Savage, only to discover it lacked a battery lid. Initially, I didn't give it much thought, but after using the HPI Savage a few times, I became tired of my battery sliding out - really annoying! So, I took matters into my own hands and created one myself in TinkerCAD. I printed mine in blue PLA and spray painted it matte black to match the Roto Start. It does require some support. At a speed of 20mm/s, it takes less than half an hour to print. The resolution is not particularly important.
