I've got two of those cars, a Baja and this Truggy. For my Baja I discovered an idea that really worked: check out this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNcc8WAcdZo&t=9s - I used a heat shrink tube). For my Truggy it didn't work like that because the house is mounted on a small "cage" that prevented a 1s LiPo from slipping in. So after the built-in battery finally died, I fiddled around a bit and eventually managed to replace it by gluing this small part onto the upper part of the car's body. One hole for the screw right in the middle of the body, one hole so I can see the LED light. It works great so far! Update: I made a battery holder for my buggy too! So now there are STL-files available for the D8T Truggy and the Baja.
