This is a replacement cover plate (minus the fuses) for the HP3476B Digital Voltmeter. If you've ever had your hands on this voltmeter, it's a fantastic piece of equipment, but if you slide the plate off - the fuses shoot out like tiny rockets, this plate takes the place of the normal one that I lost while taking the unit apart.
