Coworker requested a brand new nozzle. Seemed relatively easy to accomplish. Took me about an hour and five iterations to get perfect alignment. Measuring soft rubber with a caliper is a bit challenging. Innermost square peg measures 4x4mm, outer ring is 4.5x4.5mm. Outer diameter is 7.5mm, top outer diameter is 8mm. The top concavity comes from a sphere around 25mm radius. Everything was done with basic boolean add and subtract operations. The blue color shows the initial design at 3.75mm tall, while the green represents the final version at 3.5mm tall. Printed in TPU material. Works just as well as the original part. The blue is from Alchemy TPU, the green is Hatchbox TPU. This model can be printed with or without a raft. I found using a raft results in a better bottom layer.
