It's a clip-on vertical stand for HP T620 thin client (non-plus). Might also fit HP T630, T520 and T420 (judging by their photos). I've printed it vertically with supports touching build plate (for the overhang near the bottom of the stand... no idea why I've even put it there). Fusion 360 and step files included, so feel free to edit it.
